Application Support Specialist (m/w/d)
In dieser Position bist Du hauptsächlich verantwortlich für den Anwendersupport und bist der Schlüssel zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Betriebs unserer IT-Systeme. Zudem baust Du zur sukzessiven Reduktion des Supportaufwands unsere Wissensdatenbank auf und pflegst diese.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst den 1st Level Support für ERP-Systeme wie Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 BC und Power BI zur schnellen und effektiven Lösung von Benutzerproblemen
- Du baust ein Jira Management System auf und pflegst dieses, inkl. Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
- Du erstellst und pflegst eine Wissensdatenbank und überwachst zudem Schnittstellen und Automatismen der Systeme
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Testszenarien im System, bei Bedarf gemeinsam mit den Benutzern
- Du wendest ITIL-Prozesse an und befolgst die ITIL-Standards
- Du managst die Datenbanken, um die Integrität und Leistung der Unternehmensdatenbanken sicherzustellen
- Du integrierst Unternehmenssysteme zur Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Fachinformatik oder einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie o.ä. und verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Jira Management System und in agilen Methoden
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie Dynamics NAV oder Dynamics 365 BC sowie Power BI oder ähnlichen Reportingsystemen mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Datenbankmanagementsystemen und SQL, und hast Erfahrung mit API-Integrationen und Middleware-Tools
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung präziser technischer Dokumentationen
- Du zeichnest dich durch starke Problemlösungsfähigkeit, kannst zielführernd kommunizieren und bist fähig, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen
- Du hast die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Technologien

Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
