Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten eigene anspruchsvolle Projekte im gesamten Produktionsumfeld, entwickeln neue Prozesse und verbessern vorhandene Strukturen
- Sie übernehmen das Monitoring, Controlling und Reporting der Projekte und überwachen die Projektfortschritte hinsichtlich Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
- Sie gestalten und führen Workshops mit internen und externen Stakeholdern durch, basierend auf Ihren Erfahrungen und Methodik-Kenntnissen
- Sie behalten bei allen Entwicklungen unsere einzelnen Niederlassungen im Auge und finden gemeinsame Entwicklungspotenziale
- Sie können sich und uns in diesen konkreten Aufgabengebieten voranbringen:
- Weiterentwicklung der Aufarbeitung von IT- und Mobilgeräten
- Erhöhung der Qualität und Effizienz durch Prozessverbesserungen und Automatisierung
- Forschung und Entwicklung neuer Technologien
- Verbesserung der Leistungsmöglichkeiten von Menschen mit Behinderung durch bessere Arbeitsabläufe an den Arbeitsplätzen
- Stellen und Dokumentieren von Anforderungen an die Entwicklung des ERP-Systems

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium und verfügen über umfassendes Know-how im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
- Sie haben aufgrund mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung Ihre ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten rund um das Thema Projektplanung gewinnbringend eingesetzt und bereits mit Produktionstools wie Six Sigma, Lean-Management und Kaizen gearbeitet
- Sie identifizieren dank Ihrer Hands-on-Mentalität Risiken und Entwicklungspotenziale in der Supply Chain schnell und koordinieren Projekte gezielt
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft sowie eine selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Sie verfügen als Kommunikationstalent über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

About AfB gGmbH
Wir haben uns darauf spezialisiert, ausgemusterte IT- und Mobilgeräte von Unternehmen und öffentlichen Einrichtungen zu übernehmen und dabei so viele Geräte wie möglich wieder zu vermarkten. Nach Abholung und Datenvernichtung werden die Geräte getestet, gereinigt und anschließend verkauft. Nicht mehr vermarktbare Hardware wird fachgerecht zerlegt und recycelt, wodurch in Europa wichtige Rohstoffe entstehen. Unser Ziel ist es, europaweit 500 Menschen mit Behinderung einen sozialversicherungspflichtigen Arbeitsplatz zu geben. An 18 Standorten in vier Ländern arbeiten über 360 MitarbeiterInnen, davon ca. 45% Menschen mit Behinderung.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
