Qualitätsingenieur für Product Compliance (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die selbständige (Re-) Zertifizierung, (Re-) Registrierung oder (erneute) Zulassung aller Produkte weltweit, gemäß den landesspezifischen Gesetzen sowie der firmenpolitischen Vorgaben, die länderspezifisch anzuwenden sind (z.B. CE, FCC/ ISED, UKCA, REACH, RoHS, BLE, Thread, Dali, ggf. erweiterte Herstellerverantwortung etc.)
- Sie führen Recherchen über national und international anzuwendende Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien im Zusammenhang mit den Produkten durch
- Sie beteiligen sich aktiv und beauftragen Prüfaufträge bei externen Dienstleistern (Laboren ...) und Zulassungen bei Behörden
- Sie stellen die technischen Unterlagen zur Prüfung zusammen und erstellen die Zulassungsunterlagen
- Sie stimmen sich eigenständig ab und beraten fachlich mit den Fachschaften der jeweiligen Entwicklungseinheiten an mehreren Standorten über den Umfang der Registrierung und die anschließende Abwicklung der Zertifizierung, Registrierung oder Zulassung gemäß den gesetzlichen/regulativen Vorgaben auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Sie stellen Konformitätserklärungen für Produkte aus und führen methodisch Risikoanalysen aller Sphinx-Produkte im Rahmen von Produktkonformitäten über WEKA CE-Manager
- Sie arbeiten aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prüfvorschriften und deren Dokumentation mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. zum Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder Anlagenelektroniker (m/w/d) ergänzt um mehrjährige relevante Praxiserfahrung)
- Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Zertifizierung (Funk, EMV, IOT Umfeld) und/oder Audits mit (u.a. als Regulatory Affairs)
- Sie verfügen über technisches Verständnis, arbeiten ergebnisorientiert und strukturiert und zeichnen sich durch Engagement und Teamarbeit aus
- Sie verfügen neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen für die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Partner:innen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind bereit, in geringem Umfang für Reisen mit Schwerpunkt innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
