Was erwartet dich?
- Erstellung konsolidierter Konzern-Monats- und -Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS
- Betreuung und Unterstützung von Konzernunternehmen/Business Units bei der Erstellung des (internen und externen) Berichtswesens
- Unterstützung der Konzerngesellschaften bei IFRS Bilanzierungsfragen
- Erstellung des Tax Reportings und der Verrechnungspreisdokumentation der Gruppe (Master File, Local Files, CbC-Reporting etc.)
- Investitionscontrolling
- Administration des gruppenweiten Reporting- und Konsolidierungssystems
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des derzeitigen Konzern-Reportings, -Rechnungswesens und -Controllings
- Erstellung von Soll-/Ist-Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung entsprechender Korrekturmaßnahmen und/oder Handlungsalternativen
- Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Strategischen Planungen inkl. sich anschließender Analysen
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung Sonderprojekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen/-Controlling und/oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (wünschenswert)
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und den IFRS sowie des deutschen und internationalen Steuerrechts (insb. im Bereich der Ertragsteuern, Transfer Pricings etc.)
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einer gängigen Konsolidierungssoftware (vorzugsweise LucaNet) und fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insb. MS Excel, MS Powerpoint); SAP/R3-Kenntnisse sind zudem von Vorteil
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Spaß an Herausforderungen und Teamarbeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
