Technical Project Manager (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du handelst als CTO des Projekts
- Du entwickelst die technischen Konzepte in der Angebots- und Abwicklungsphase in enger Abstimmung mit dem Engineering und den entsprechenden Stabsstellen, insbesondere mit Procurement, HSEQ und IT
- Du aktualisierst, setzt um und pflegst den Projektqualitätsplan inklusive projektspezifischer Dokumente
- Du unterstützt beim Lessons Learned Prozess in Bezug auf Technologie und HSEQ-Themen
- Du definierst projektspezifische HSEQ-Ziele und überwachst die entsprechenden KPIs
- Du stellst die Umsetzung, Überwachung und Einhaltung der HSEQ-relevanten Projektziele sicher
- Du sorgst für die termingerechte Abwicklung des Projekts
- Du stellst ein kontinuierliches Chancen- und Risiken-Management sicher
- Du sicherst die Kundenzufriedenheit im Rahmen von HSEQ und Zeitplanung
- Du führst fachlich die Arbeitspaketverantwortlichen (Lead Engineers) und die Bauleitung und besitzt Weisungsbefugnis
- Du führst HSEQ-Audits für Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten (Präqualifikation) durch, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem HSEQ-Management
- Du nimmst an externen und internen Projektberichterstattungen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als TPM (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau für Projekte über 5 Millionen Euro mit
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder der Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Deine anerkannte Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (PMI, IPMA o.ä.) ist von Vorteil
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementtools (Mitkalkulation, Projektstatusbericht o.ä.)
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Rahmen von HSEQ und IMS
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus, auch in komplexen Matrixorganisationen
- Du bist bereit zu Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (ca. 25%)
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Pioniergeist mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
