Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die operative und strategische Verantwortung des Bereiches Vertriebsinnendienst und Business-Support
- Du führst fachlich, motivierst und entwickelst das Team von ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden weiter
- Du pflegst sowie baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus
- Du koordinierst, steuerst und überwachst die Arbeitsabläufe von der Angebotserstellung, über das Auftragsmanagement bis zur Rechnungslegung
- Du optimierst und setzt Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Customer Service, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und denkst unternehmerisch
- Du hast sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
