Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kommunizieren regelmäßig und betreuen bestehende Kund:innen, um deren Bedürfnisse und finanziellen Ziele zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass ihre Vermögenswerte optimal verwaltet werden
- Sie überwachen und passen die Anlagestrategien basierend auf den sich ändernden Zielen und Bedürfnissen der Kund:innen an
- Sie entwickeln und setzen individuelle Anlagestrategien und -pläne für Kund:innen um, um deren finanzielle Ziele zu erreichen
- Sie wählen und verwalten Anlageprodukte und -portfolios im Einklang mit den Zielen und Risikotoleranzen der Kund:innen
- Sie überwachen kontinuierlich die finanziellen Märkte und passen die Portfolios an, um auf Marktentwicklungen zu reagieren
- Sie identifizieren potenzielle Kund:innen und Zielgruppen, die zu den Dienstleistungen der Vermögensverwaltung passen, und führen Marketingaktivitäten, Networking und Beziehungsaufbau durch, um potenzielle Kund:innen anzusprechen und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu generieren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzbereich und der Vermögensverwaltung
- Sie verwalten derzeit mindestens EUR 30 Mio.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und haben gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und eine selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent sowie Teamgeist, Motivation und Commitment

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
