Personalsachbearbeiter für Entgeltabrechnung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Reportings, planst Personalkosten und führst Jahresabschlussarbeiten inklusive Rückstellungsermittlungen durch
- Du bearbeitest selbständig alle abrechnungsrelevanten Themen (bspw. geldwerte Vorteile, BAV, Pfändungen) und arbeitest dabei auch mit Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern zusammen
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben sicher und begleitest die entsprechenden Prüfungen
- Du berätst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu Abrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft und Personaleinsatzplanung
- Du pflegst die Zeitwirtschaft und stellst die termingerechte Entgeltabrechnung unter Anwendung von SAP für einen festgelegten Mitarbeitendenkreis sicher
- Du übernimmst das Customizing als SAP-Key-User

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, möglichst in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse und bist qualifiziert als SAP-Key-User für HCM
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Tarifbereich der Metallindustrie inklusive ERA
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point) und fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist teamfähig, organisationsstark und belastbar

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
