Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktabsicherungsmanager in der Raumfahrttechnik, der unser Team anführt und die Integrität und Exzellenz unserer weltraumtauglichen Komponenten sicherstellt. LSS steht an der Spitze der Revolutionierung von Raumfahrtstrukturen, ausfahrbaren Antennen und Reflektoren und treibt Innovationen im Design, in der Entwicklung und im Einsatz bahnbrechender Raumfahrttechnologien voran. Als Produktabsicherungsmanager spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Aufrechterhaltung unseres Engagements für Exzellenz und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualität unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du designst, implementierst und aktualisierst PA/QA-Prozesse zur Erfüllung von Standards und Anforderungen
- Du stellst umfassende, aktuelle und zugängliche Dokumentation sicher
- Du organisierst Rollen in der Produkt- und Qualitätssicherung innerhalb des Teams
- Du koordinierst zwischen Projektmanager:innen, Ingenieur:innen und Stakeholdern
- Du leitest und managst das Projekt-PA/QA-Team mit klar definierten Zielen und Rollen und stellst Anleitung und Unterstützung bei PA/QA-Themen bereit
- Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagements während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus und etablierst, überwachst und analysierst KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Du berichtest über gute Praktiken, Abweichungen, Trends, Audit-Status, KPIs und Qualitätskosten an den CEO mit regelmäßigen Updates und monatlichen Berichten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Master-Abschluss in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Rolle der Produktabsicherung in der europäischen Raumfahrt-/Luftfahrtindustrie und Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Standards der europäischen Raumfahrtindustrie (ESA, ECSS, etc.)
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich), Deutsch ist von Vorteil
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Lieferung von Arbeitspaketen unter Einhaltung von Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 und Kenntnisse der ISO 9100 sind wünschenswert
- Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagement-Tools und -Techniken und besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, zwischenmenschliche und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten sowie ein starkes Zeitmanagement
- Du bist detailorientiert, ein proaktiver Problemlöser, eigenmotiviert, flexibel und fähig, unter Druck zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
