Du bist ein Zahlengenie und löst Probleme, von denen andere gar nicht wussten das es sie gibt auf eine Art und Weise, die andere nicht verstehen?
Als Team unterstützen wir unser Management dabei, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Dafür greifen wir auf eine Vielzahl von Tools und KPIs zurück und auf unser performancestarkes Team! Als Co-Pilot für den Vertriebsbereich bist Du direkter Sparringspartner des kaufmännischen Leiters und des Geschäftsführers sowie der Fachbereiche im Vertrieb. Du bist essentielles Bindeglied auf der Ebene der Kennzahlen und genierst mit Zahlenverständnis und Augenmerk Ergebnis- und Kostenstrukturen, Analysen und Trends. Fachlich fundiert deckst Du dabei die wesentlichen Bereiche des (Vertriebs-) Controllings ab. Mit deiner Expertise und Souveränität, gepaart mit viel Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke, bist Du wesentlicher Faktor für ein modernes und zielgerichtetes Controlling.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du ermittelst und analysierst Vertriebskennzahlen zur Steuerung der Performance, inklusive Maßnahmentracking, und erstellst monatliche Reports
- Du bist Businesspartner für die Geschäftsführung und die Vertriebsverantwortlichen
- Du führst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse durch
- Du wirkst bei der Koordination und Steuerung der operativen Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozesse mit und erstellst Abweichungsanalysen
- Du erstellst und präsentierst betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen und zielgruppenorientierte Reportings (regelmäßig und ad hoc)
- Du führst Preiskalkulationen und Profitabilitätsanalysen durch und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen und Empfehlungen für den Vertrieb ab
- Du unterstützt und berätst das Vertriebsteam in betriebswirtschaftlichen Belangen und arbeitest bei bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, idealerweise im Vertriebscontrolling
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Du verfügst über analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Du hast Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Du besitzt exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit BI-Tools und CRM-Lösungen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und teamorientiert und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
