Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bereiten eigenverantwortlich die Tätigkeiten im Bereich Wegerechte (Dienstbarkeiten, Gestattungs- und Betretungsrechte) vor und koordinieren diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Teilprojektleiter/-innen für die Genehmigungsabschnitte
- Sie übernehmen die übergreifende Verantwortung für das Gewerk „Regulierung und Bewertung von Flur- und Aufwuchsschäden“ im Rahmen der Bauphase des SuedOstLink
- Sie steuern die beauftragten Dienstleister zur Betreuung betroffener Eigentümer und Bewirtschafter und führen Verhandlungen mit Eigentümer:innen und Nutzungsberechtigten durch
- Sie wenden Projektmanagementtools an, erstellen Fortschrittsberichte, beurteilen die Auswirkungen auf die Terminplanung und entwickeln Gegenmaßnahmen
- Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung zum betreuten Gewerk

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Agrar-/Forstwissenschaften (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über Expertise in technischen Fragestellungen zu land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Themen, nachgewiesen z.B. durch entsprechende Weiterbildungen
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dienstbarkeitsbeschaffung und Grundstücksverhandlungen
- Sie besitzen Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis für die Belange von Landwirt:innen und sonstigen Landnutzern
- Sie haben Erfahrungen mit linearen Infrastrukturprojekten (Leitungs-, Straßenbau etc.) und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint) sowie Datenbanken und SAP
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft, insbesondere im Planungsgebiet in Ostbayern (Oberfranken, Oberpfalz, Niederbayern)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
