Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten und betreuen Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte aller Hierarchieebenen des definierten Betreuungsbereichs zu strategischen personalwirtschaftlichen Themen und Projekten des Betreuungsbereiches
- Sie setzen personalrelevante Maßnahmen um
- Sie unterstützen in der Steuerung der relevanten HR-Prozesse
- Sie treiben Veränderungsprozesse, u.a. nach Reorganisationen, voran
- Sie arbeiten eng zusammen mit PE/OE, Recruiting, der HR Shared Services Organisation und dem Führungsteam des Betreuungsbereichs
- Sie entwickeln das gesamte unternehmensinterne HR Portfolio weiter
- Sie arbeiten auch in schwierigen Themen konstruktiv mit den Arbeitnehmervertretungen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der operativen und strategischen Personalarbeit
- Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung in der Anwendung moderner HR-Instrumente sowie vertiefte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Verhandlungsgeschick aus
- Sie treten sicher auf, haben einen ausgeprägten Teamspirit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner und Hierarchieebenen einzustellen
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP/HCM und MS Office, und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
