Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Bereichs Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft inkl. Weiterentwicklung der Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen des Payroll- und Admin-Teams
- Sie haben Verantwortung für die gesamte monatliche Konzernentgeltabrechnung sowie Durchführung der Abrechnung für einen eigenen Bereich
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in in sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden
- Sie betreuen die SAP-Anwendungen für Administration, Abrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft und optimieren personalwirtschaftliche Prozesse in SAP HCM
- Sie haben die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung der SAP-HCM-Applikation mittels Customizings durch SAP/HCM Beratungshaus und übernehmen die Planung und Durchführung von SAP-HCM-Projekten vom Konzept bis zur Produktivsetzung
- Sie dokumentieren Prozessverbesserungen, Neuentwicklungen und Umstellungen und unterstützen bei administrativen Aufgaben, statistischen Auswertungen, monatlichen Reports und HR-relevanten Projekten
- Sie sind die Schnittstelle zu relevanten internen Bereichen wie dem Personalentwicklungs- und Finanzbereich sowie zu externen Dienstleistern und sind verantwortlich für die Payroll-relevanten Betriebsprüfungen / Jahreswechseltätigkeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Werdegang mit entsprechender Weiterbildung sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung mit entsprechender Führungserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse des Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrechts und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Tarifverträgen und Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge und im HR-Controlling inkl. Erfahrung in Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Reports
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine sehr hohe Strukturierungs-, Durchsetzungs- und Umsetzungsfähigkeit aus und haben sehr gute MS Office- sowie sehr gute SAP HCM Kenntnisse
- Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten, eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hohem Analysevermögen und Methodenkompetenz

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
