Montageleiter – Site Manager (m/w/d)
Als Montageleiter/in führen und überwachen Sie ein Montageteam bei der Durchführung der Elektromontage auf Kundenbaustellen im In- und Ausland. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einsatzplanung, Materialbeschaffung, Qualitäts- und Terminkontrolle sowie die Schaltplanrevision. Zudem arbeiten Sie eng mit der Projektleitung und Hardware-Konstruktion zusammen und unterstützen bei der Inbetriebnahme, wobei Sie die Abstimmung mit dem Kunden vor Ort sicherstellen.
Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
- Sie leiten und überwachen die elektrische Montage auf Kundenbaustellen im In- und Ausland
- Sie führen das Montagepersonal und planen den Einsatz
- Sie bestellen Montagematerial und prüfen die Materiallieferungen
- Sie überwachen die Qualität und Termine
- Sie erstellen Mess- und Prüfprotokolle und führen Schaltplanrevisionen durch
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Projektleitung und Hardware-Konstruktion zusammen und unterstützen bei der Inbetriebnahme
- Sie stimmen unsere Leistung mit den Kund:innen vor Ort ab

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektriker/Elektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker (m/w/d)
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Elektromontage von Industrieanlagen
- Sie verfügen über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, idealerweise zusätzlich in Slowakisch/Slowenisch
- Sie sind 100% reisebereit und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in Elektro-Schaltplänen
- Sie sind teamfähig, organisationsstark und belastbar

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
