Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
- Du stellst Entscheidungshilfen wie Zahlen, Berichte und Analysen für die Geschäftsleitung bereit
- Du kontierst Belege einzelner Kostenarten und -stellen
- Du prüfst und verbuchst Rechnungen
- Du bereitest die monatlichen Abschlussbuchungen sowie die Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse vor
- Du erstellst und übermittelst Meldungen an Behörden
- Du überwachst die Einnahmen- und Ausgabenentwicklung
- Du kümmerst dich um die Rechnungsstellung und -prüfung
- Du überwachst Konten und Zahlungseingänge
- Du planst und führst den Zahlungsverkehr im In- und Ausland durch
- Du kommunizierst mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
- Du bereitest monatlich die Gehaltsunterlagen vor
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Du bestellst Büromaterialien
- Du verwaltest die Bargeldkasse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Buchhalter:in oder zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten mit Buchhaltungskenntnissen im Kanzleiwesen
- Du konntest Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung sammeln, hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware in Anwaltskanzleien (bei uns: AnNoText)
- Du bist engagiert und teamfähig und hast Spaß an guter Arbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
