- Sie führen Energieberatungen zu Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden für Privatpersonen und Unternehmen durch
- Sie setzen vorhandene Projekte um und entwickeln neue Projekte für verschiedene Zielgruppen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz von Gebäuden und der Anlagentechnik
- Sie führen Projekte im Rahmen des kommunalen Energiemanagements, bei der kommunalen Wärmeplanung sowie bei der Erstellung von THG-Bilanzen durch
- Sie wirken bei Schulungen und Vorträgen für verschiedene Zielgruppen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium oder einen Abschluss einer qualifizierten Ausbildung
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Zusatzqualifikation als Gebäudeenergieberater:in oder BAFA-Berater:in für Nichtwohngebäude
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Energieberatung und dem konzeptionellen Energiemanagement sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie haben gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist, Flexibilität, Kreativität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und verhandlungssicher in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift für Beratungen aller Art

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
