Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verwalten mit Ihrem Team die für die Datenkommunikation des Unternehmens notwendige Netzwerkinfrastruktur, die aus Citrix, Cisco und Fortinet Komponenten in einem hochverfügbaren Rechenzentrumsumfeld besteht.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung unserer Kollaborations- und Telekommunikationslösung und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Damit die IT-Abteilung verstehen kann, wie Sie knifflige Probleme gelöst haben, dokumentieren Sie Ihre Tätigkeiten
- Sie diagnostizieren und beheben Security Vorfälle und koordinieren die Fachabteilungen bei der Fehlerbehebung.
- Sie überwachen unser Netz und führen Störungsanalysen und -behebungen durch, um unseren Kund:innen stets einen verlässlichen Service zu garantieren
- Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche in allen Fragen rund um die Anbindung neuer Technologien und Services.
- Sie beraten unsere internationalen Kund:innen in puncto Anbindung neuer Branches, Bereitstellung von Kommunikations- und Kollaborationslösungen.
- Sie unterstützen unsere Kund:innen im 2nd/3rd Level Support und übernehmen turnusmäßig die Rufbereitschaft (24/7)
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleister:innen und internen und externen Kund:innen
- Sie entwickeln im Austausch mit anderen Fachteams Konzepte und Szenarien, um unseren Kund:innen eine moderne und effiziente Infrastruktur auf Basis hybrider Cloud Architekturen bereitzustellen
- Sie sind als Teil des Teams eingeladen neue Ideen und Konzepte zu erproben, um Erfahrungen zu sammeln, welche uns später dazu befähigen neue Produkte und Services qualitativ hochwertig bereitzustellen. Dazu gehören u.a. Innovationsthemen wie Automatisierungslösungen, agile Methoden und hybride Cloud Architekturen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Administration von Netzwerkkomponenten und Firewalls sowie in der Konfiguration von LAN/WAN-Architekturen und der damit verbundenen Security-Infrastrukturen
- Sie haben ein Studium der Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrungen in ITIL, idealerweise unterlegt durch eine Zertifizierung
- Sie haben eine Zertifizierung auf Basis der Produkte von CISCO, idealerweise Meraki
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in Auswahl, Einführung und Betrieb moderner Monitoring Systeme mit Abdeckung der kompletten IT-Infrastruktur und in mindestens einer Skriptsprache, idealerweise Python
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in der technischen und inhaltlichen Begleitung von Ausschreibungen im Umfeld WAN/LAN und Telekommunikation sowie erste Erfahrungen mit Automatisierungstechnologien, idealerweise mit Ansible und/oder anderen Config-as-Code Technologien Linux Ubuntu
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zielorientiert und haben eine analytische Kompetenz
- Sie haben sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und globale Reisebereitschaft

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
