- Du baust strategisch wertvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst Kund:innen durch strategisches Weiterdenken über die initialen Anfragen hinaus.
- Du erkennst die spezifischen Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen, formulierst wenn nötig daraus detaillierte Briefings für unsere Kreativteams und entwickelst zusammen mit dem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen. Bereitest Verträge vor, verhandelst sie und integrierst Kundenfeedback zur Optimierung unserer Angebote
- Du steuerst aktiv interne Projektteams im Pitch Verlauf und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen bei New Business Terminen
- Du stellst mit Strategien für Cross- und Upselling zusätzliche Produkte und Dienstleistungen vor, stärkst so die Kundenbindung und erhöhst unseren Umsatz
- Du setzt unsere und kundenseitige Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien um
- Du planst und koordinierst neue Anfragen und stellst dein Team dafür zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Messebau, Agentur oder einer verwandten, serviceorientierten Branche
- Du verfügst über hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Du trittst sicher und überzeugend bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Kundenpräsentationen auf
- Du bist bereit zur regelmäßigen Reisetätigkeit (ca. 40 %), um Kund:innen vor Ort zu betreuen und Projekte zu begleiten
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Projektteams zusammen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
