Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Management-Reports (Umsatzstatistik, Margen-/ Deckungsbeitragsrechnung, Proft & Loss, Cash Flow Report) auf Basis bestehender Controllinginstrumente
- Sie führen SOLL-/IST-Vergleiche durch und untersuchen Planabweichungen
- Sie erarbeiten ad-hoc Berichte, Sonderauswertungen und Analysen
- Sie bereiten Reports inkl. der Präsentationsunterlagen in PowerPoint in Englisch auf
- Sie unterstützen beim Planungsprozess und bei der Budgeterstellung
- Sie unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Informations-/Steuerungssystems und bei der Entwicklung und Einhaltung von Standards und Prozessen
- Sie erstellen Datenbankabfragen sowie PowerBI Auswertungen
- Sie unterstützen beim Jahresabschluss und übernehmen Projektaufgaben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine Fachausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sie haben idealerweise mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (insb. Excel und PowerPoint) und haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit PowerBI und SAP
- Sie haben eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie haben einen offenen und kommunikativen Umgang

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
