Als Ingenieur:in mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Bau arbeitest du als örtliche Bauüberwachung in den Leistungsphasen 6 bis 9. Dabei bist du als örtliche Bauüberwachung nicht nur für das Überprüfen der Arbeiten ausführender Bauunternehmer und die Suche nach Mängeln tätig. Du erteilst in Absprache mit dem Auftraggeber Anweisungen auf der Baustelle, führst die Korrespondenz, das Bautagebuch und erstellst bzw. schreibst und überwachst die Terminpläne. Neben der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen prüfst du zudem die Baurechnungen und wirkst bei den Bauabnahmen mit.

Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst bei der technischen Umsetzung der Baumaßnahmen im Rahmen der örtlichen Bauüberwachung mit
- Du triffst dich mit Auftragsgebern, besprichst Bauprojekte und führst Baubesprechungen
- Du arbeitest mit einem Team von Vermessern, Zeichnern und Ingenieuren zusammen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber und löst mit deinen Ideen Schwierigkeiten auf der Baustelle
- Du bist in abwechselungsreichen Themengebieten wie Infrastruktur, Kanalbau, Straßenbau und Wasserbau und mehr tätig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Abschluss als Bau oder Umweltingenieur:in
- Du bringst bestenfalls Vorerfahrungen im Straßenbau und oder Kanalbau mit
- Du beherrschst den sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office
- Du hast idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von CAD-Software
- Du verfügst über gute bzw. sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und bist bereit, dich individuell weiterzubilden

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
