Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für Qualität- und EH&S-Prozesse für unsere Produkte und Entwicklungen
- Du repräsentierst die Qualitäts-Funktion in internen und externen Meetings und Veranstaltungen und leitest die qualitätsbezogene Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Du leitest und unterstützt Teammitglieder anderer Abteilungen hinsichtlich der Qualitätsrichtlinien und Produkt-/Prozessentwicklung
- Du treibst Qualifizierungspläne für neue Produkte voran, einschließlich der Planung, Überwachung und Koordination der Qualifizierungsdurchführung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, z. B. Prüflaboren
- Du führst das Risikomanagement durch und setzt VDA6.3 FMEA ein
- Du gewährleistest die Anwendung der neuesten QMS-Standards 9001/14001 und IATF16949
- Du bist Teil des internen Auditpools für Prozess-/Produktaudits und führst First-/Second-Party-Audits basierend auf den Standards IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 und ISO14001 durch
- Du unterstützt externe Audits im Zusammenhang mit dem Qualitätsmanagementsystem und schulst sowie leitest das Team in Bezug auf Qualitätswerkzeuge und -methoden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen MSc in Elektronik, Physik, Materialwissenschaften oder gleichwertigen Bereichen
- Du hast +5 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im Industrieunternehmen und ~3 Jahre Erfahrung mit ISO14001
- Du bist qualifiziert als IATF-, VDA6.3- und/oder 14001-Auditor (m/w/d)
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Du hast gründliche Kenntnisse der ISO9001, IATF16949 und ISO14001-Standards, um deren Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sicherzustellen
- Du verwaltest die Q&E-Ergebnisse im Rahmen von Sensorentwicklungsprojekten und stellst zeitnahe und effektive Projektabschlüsse sicher
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Unterstützung externer Zertifizierungsaudits, der Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Ergebnisse und des Fortbestands von Zertifizierungen
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, das QMS zu entwickeln und kontinuierlich zu verbessern, um behördliche und Kundenanforderungen zu erfüllen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit FMEA, um potenzielle Fehlerarten zu identifizieren und Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Risikominderung umzusetzen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
