Als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Wernau überblickst Du in unserem kleinen Konzern die Sachverhalte und hast ein Gespür für Kennzahlen. Du übernimmst verantwortungsvoll alle anfallenden buchhalterischen Tätigkeiten mit deinem Team. Du arbeitest vor allem mit Fokus auf die Unternehmensbuchhaltung, übernimmst eigene Bereiche und Verantwortlichkeiten.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stimmst die Konten ab und überwachst sie
- Du bereitest Monats- und Quartalsberichte vor und erstellst sie
- Du bereitest Kennzahlen auf und behältst den Überblick
- Du bereitest Bilanzen und Jahresabschlüsse auf und wertest sie aus
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vorstand zusammen und stimmst dich mit ihm ab
- Du unterstützt die Debitoren- und Kreditoren-Buchhaltung
- Du entwickelst eigenverantwortlich Ideen zur Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse und übernimmst und arbeitest bei anfallenden Buchhaltungs-Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Steuerfachwesen mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Steuern
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Konzernbuchhaltung, die von Vorteil sind, und mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in allen Bereichen der Buchhaltung
- Du hast Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Controlling sowie im Umgang mit einem oder mehreren ERP-Systemen und in gängigen FiBu Programmen
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Word und Excel, und hast eine hohe IT-Affinität
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich, ziel- und serviceorientiert und denkst analytisch
- Du hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, Freude an Kennzahlen & Controlling, Leistungsbereitschaft, Engagement und Diskretion sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
