Vermessungsingenieur als Bereichsleitung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und führst den Bereich mit derzeit 5 Mitarbeitenden, einem Auszubildenden und einem Studenten (m/w/d)
- Du planst und setzt die materiellen und personellen Ressourcen des Bereiches ein
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für das Budget und die Ergebnisse sowie für administrative und operative Aufgaben des Bereiches
- Du wirkst bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Unternehmenszielstellungen mit
- Du steuerst die Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit den Team- und Projektleitungen
- Du legst die Bereichsstrategie fest, steuerst und setzt sie um
- Du stellst die Kundenbindung und -betreuung sicher
- Du akquirierst neue Auftraggebende und Projekte in Abstimmung mit den Teamleitungen und der Geschäftsleitung
- Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von innerstädtischen Baumaßnahmen des ÖPNV im Innen- und Außendienst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Vermessung (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor oder Master)
- Du hast idealerweise einen Ausbildereignungsschein oder Erfahrung in der Ausbildung
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich der Entwurfs- und Bauvermessung sowie im Projektmanagement
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Kostenbewusstsein sowie ein souveränes Auftreten in Verbindung mit sehr guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Du bist teamfähig, engagiert und motiviert bei der Bearbeitung von anstehenden Herausforderungen
- Du kennst die einschlägigen fachlichen Normen und Vorschriften
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit den im Einsatz befindlichen Vermessungsinstrumenten des Herstellers Leica Geosystems und DJI
- Du hast Kenntnisse bei der Bearbeitung im Innendienst mit den vermessungsspezifischen Softwaren wie Leica Infinity, Leica Cyclone, Agisoft, AutoCAD und CARD/1

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
