Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt und betreust unsere nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen über verschiedene Kanäle im Bereich des technischen Produktvertriebs
- Du prüfst und klärst nationale und internationale Kundenanfragen und erstellst Angebote sowie alle erforderlichen Unterlagen
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei Pre- / After-Sales Aktivitäten mit deiner Fachexpertise
- Du dokumentierst deine Kundenaktivitäten und -kommunikation gewissenhaft in unserem CRM-Tool (Salesforce) und ERP-System
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Stammdaten- und Preispflege
- Du arbeitest sehr eng mit der Auftragsabwicklung, dem Außendienst und weiteren internen Fachabteilungen zusammen
- Du übernimmst administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst
- Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis für den Umgang mit erklärungsbedürftigen technischen Produkten mit
- Du begeisterst unsere Kund:innen durch deine ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem sowie CRM Modulen und sämtlichen MS-Office-Anwendungen sicher
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Du rundest dein Profil mit einer selbständigen Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit ab

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
