Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich um Vertrags- und Claimmanagement
- Du digitalisierst Bauprozesse, das Aufmaß und die Dokumentation
- Du identifizierst und bewertest Risiken und entwickelst Strategien zur Risikominderung
- Du erarbeitest Nachträge und Claims in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung und der Rechtsabteilung, koordinierst und entwickelst den Schriftverkehr
- Du erstellst und überwachst kalkulationsbasierte Bauzeitpläne und Terminplanung mit der Projektleitung
- Du begleitest Kostenkalkulationen und Leistungsrechnungen, analysierst und optimierst die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Bauprojekten und des Baubetriebs
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte über den Projektfortschritt und erkennst gestörte Bauabläufe
- Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit Auftraggebenden, Planenden, Subunternehmenden und Behörden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit der Vertiefung Baubetrieb
- Du bist vertraut mit dem Baurecht und dem Vertrags- und Claimmanagement
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in der kalkulationsbasierten Bauzeitenplanung und Nachtragskalkulation (iTWO, Tilos, Powerproject)
- Du kennst dich aus in Bauplanung, -steuerung und Überwachung
- Du hast starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Kostenbewusstsein
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Schnittstellenmanagement und in der Kommunikation mit Projektbeteiligten mit
- Du zeigst Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
