Unterstützen Sie uns als Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst (m/w/d) und bauen Sie langfristige Kundenbeziehungen in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet auf.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Mit Begeisterung vertreiben Sie unser Sortiment in Ihrem fest zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet und bauen den Kundenstamm weiter aus.
- Dabei pflegen Sie langfristige und partnerschaftliche Beziehungen zu unseren Neu- und Bestandskunden.
- Sie steuern aktiv die Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Maßnahmen zur Kundenbetreuung.
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Neukundengewinnung und die Rückgewinnung ehemaliger Kunden.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst arbeiten Sie an der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten.
- Sie setzen innovative Ansätze bei der Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung in Ihrem Vertriebsgebiet um.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische (bspw. Groß- und Außenhandel), technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Großhandel (Kälte- und Klimatechnik, SHK, technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Heizungsbau, Sanitär- oder Elektrogroßhandel) bringen Sie mit.
- Mit Ihrer hohen Reisebereitschaft (ohne Übernachtung) und KFZ-Führerschein ermöglichen Sie die persönliche Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort.
- Zu Ihren Kompetenzen zählt ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie umfassende Expertise in der Angebotserstellung und bei Preisverhandlungen.
- Sie begeistern unsere Kunden und zeichnen sich durch Serviceorientierung aus.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
