In deiner Rolle als Produkt Marketing Manager für Marktforschung und Strategieentwicklung bist du ein zentraler Akteur in unserem Team. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, innovative Produkte zu entwickeln, die unsere Kund:innen begeistern, und erarbeitest effektive Marketingstrategien, um unsere Marktpräsenz zu stärken.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreibst gemeinsam mit dem Team Marktforschung zur Identifizierung von Produkten und Lösungen, die unsere Kund:innen wünschen
- Du entwickelst Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Experten und legst die Key-Performance-Indikatoren fest
- Du planst die Marketingstrategien, -kanäle und -maßnahmen
- Du implementierst die Strategien und überwachst die Erfolge zusammen mit dem Vertriebs-Team
- Du nimmst Produktanpassungen aufgrund veränderter Rahmenbedingungen in Rücksprache mit dem Team Kundenbetreuung vor
- Du bist für die Pressearbeit, Unternehmenskommunikation und Social Media zuständig

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt in der Ausbildung oder im Job erworbenes Grundwissen im Bereich Marketing und Produktmanagement
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstmanagement und selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Du bist kreativ, kommunikativ und denkst kundenorientiert

About BES - Badische Energie-Servicegesellschaft mbH
Im Jahr 2016 haben wir uns durch eine Partnerschaft zwischen den Stadtwerken Karlsruhe und der Hoepfner Bräu Friedrich Hoepfner Verwaltungsgesellschaft zusammengetan, um smarte und klimafreundliche Energielösungen für Immobilienprojekte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Heute rocken wir bereits über zehn Mieterstrom-Projekte mit unseren eigenen Photovoltaik-Anlagen und Blockheizkraftwerken und betreiben zum Beispiel unser cleveres Quartier in der Oststadt von Karlsruhe. In Zukunft setzen wir voll auf elektrische Lösungen und Sektorenkopplung, um die Energieversorgung fit für morgen zu machen. Dabei bieten wir unseren Kunden alles aus einer Hand: Photovoltaik-Anlagen, Batteriespeicher, Wärmepumpen und Ladeinfrastruktur. Wir begleiten sie von der ersten Idee bis hin zur Planung, dem Bau und dem laufenden Betrieb der Anlagen und Systeme. Unser Fokus liegt darauf, die einzelnen Komponenten smart zu vernetzen und so den maximalen Nutzen rauszuholen. Um weiter am Ball zu bleiben, machen wir auch bei europäischer Forschung und Entwicklung in diesen Bereichen mit.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
