Junior Marketing Manager für Kunden- und Geschäftspartner-Akquise (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Teamleitung und arbeitest eng mit dem Leiter Marketing & Akquise bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien zusammen
- Du wirkst bei der Identifikation und Akquise von neuen Geschäftspartner*innen und Kund*innen mit
- Du erstellst und pflegst ansprechende Kommunikationsmaterialien für Printmedien und digitale Medien und gestaltest Layouts und Infografiken
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten, Messen und Events
- Du entwickelst und setzt Outreach-Kampagnen zur Steigerung unserer Reichweite und Bekanntheit mit um
- Du wirkst bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Corporate Identity mit und unterstützt bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, in der Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung kreativer Marketingaktivitäten
- Du bist vertraut mit Grafikdesign und digitalen Marketing-Tools wie CRM-Plattformen, E-Mail-Marketing-Lösungen, Google Analytics und Google/LinkedIn Ads
- Du kannst Daten analysieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
