Das erwartet Sie
- Sie entwickeln strategisch Geschäftsmodelle zum Betrieb von Biogasanlagen
- Sie erstellen aussagekräftige Business Cases
- Sie identifizieren und bewerten relevante Projekte
- Sie setzen Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden (internationalen) Fachabteilungen der Unternehmensgruppe um
- Sie entwickeln strukturiert Geschäftsfelder in Koordination mit den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen und arbeiten eng mit der Vertriebsorganisation zusammen

Das bringen Sie mit
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL / Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit weiterführender Qualifikation
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise im Bereich Biogas, Lebensmittel oder vergleichbar und Erfahrung im Aufbau neuer Vertriebsgebiete sowie der Erschließung neuer Märkte
- Sie verfügen über hohes Kommunikations- und Steuerungsgeschick in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachabteilungen und Interessengruppen
- Sie besitzen analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, zielorientiertes Handeln und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sie sprechen fließend Englisch und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Software-Lösungen (MS-Office-Anwendungen)
- Sie akzeptieren eine erhöhte Reisebereitschaft deutschlandweit an verschiedenen Tagen in der Woche
