Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des zugeordneten Personals sowie die organisatorische Steuerung des Fachgebietes. Sie erarbeiten und gestalten Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe für das Fachgebiet und koordinieren, steuern und überwachen Schnittstellenfunktionen und Aufgaben zu anderen (Geschäfts-) Bereichen
- Sie betreiben Business Development im Bereich von Industrie/Gewerbe, Immobilienwirtschaft und Kommunen auf Basis neuer und bestehender Produkte und Services (Energiedienstleistungen, erneuerbare Energien, KWK, Gas, Wärme, Strom, IT, E-Mobilität etc.)
- Sie tragen aktive Verantwortung für den Auf- und Ausbau der bestehenden Kundenbasis sowie die Akquise neuer Kund:innen und Kundensegmente im Bereich der dezentralen Wärme- und Stromversorgung, Photovoltaik-Anlagen und Ladeinfrastruktur
- Sie bauen vertrauensvoll Beziehungen zu Bestandskund:innen sowie relevanten Multiplikatoren und Marktpartnern auf und aus

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise von Energiedienstleistungen
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit nachweisbaren ersten vertrieblichen Erfolgen, idealerweise im B2B-Vertrieb
- Sie sind eine ausgeprägte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit hervorragenden kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, sicherem Auftreten und sozialer Kompetenz
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der energiewirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge und Herausforderungen der Branche
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, sind sicher im Umgang mit CRM-Anwendungen und verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Sie haben Freude am Präsentieren, Gestalten und Verkaufen, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität in der Aufgabenbearbeitung und arbeiten hochmotiviert sowie eigenverantwortlich
