Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung inklusive einer einschlägigen Berufserfahrung
- Du hast die Qualifikation zum Eisenbahnbetriebsleiter (m/w/d) gemäß Eisenbahnbetriebsleiterverordnung bzw. die Bereitschaft zum Erwerb der Qualifikation und ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Eisenbahnbetrieb (u.a. als Leitende:r oder Aufsichtsführende:r in der Erhaltung der Bahnanlagen oder im Betrieb der Bahn gemäß EBO § 47 Abs. 1)
- Du hast ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Aufbau von Managementsystemen
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
- Du denkst und handelst wirtschaftlich sowie verantwortungsvoll und umsichtig

About Schweerbau Logistik GmbH
Seit der Gründung als LDS GmbH in 2001 sind wir spezialisiert auf den logistischen Ablauf von Gleisbaustellen. Die Basis ist seit jeher unser leistungsstarker Fuhrpark und eine Mannschaft mit hoher fachlicher Kompetenz. Aus der frühen Zusammenarbeit der LDS GmbH mit der Schweerbau GmbH & Co. KG erwuchs eine wirtschaftlich bedeutende Partnerschaft und LDS etablierte sich als wichtigster EVU-Dienstleister für Schweerbau. Als strategische und logische Folge wurde im Jahr 2018 der Sitz der LDS GmbH von Eutin nach Stadthagen verlegt, dem Hauptsitz der Schweerbau GmbH & Co. KG. Anfang 2020 folgte schließlich die Umbenennung in Schweerbau Logistik GmbH. Der Fuhrpark wurde über die Jahre stetig modernisiert und erweitert. Heute betreibt die Schweerbau Logistik GmbH 12 Lokomotiven in allen Leistungsklassen. Ein Highlight ist die Zweikraftlok der Baureihe 159, die seit Anfang 2022 in Betrieb ist.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
