Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortliche Beratung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in den Dir zugeordneten Fachbereichen in allen HR-Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycle
- Sparring und Beratung der Führungskräfte und deren Teams bei organisatorischen Veränderungen, Umsetzung dieser sowie Begleitung von Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen
- Sicherstellung eines effektiven Onboarding-Prozesses für neue Mitarbeiter
- Einbringung Deines HR-Knowhows in Projekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams von Recruiting, HR Development sowie Compensation & Benefits
- Erster Ansprechpartner für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen und Erarbeitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Regelungen
- Durchführung von Auswertungen und Analysen zu HR-Fragestellungen
- Umsetzung operativer Personalarbeit

Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Rechtswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem Produktionsunternehmen
- Umfassende und praxiserprobte Expertise im Arbeitsrecht, besonders in den Bereichen BGB, ArbZG, KSchG, TzBfG, BetrAVG, BUrlG und SGB
- Gute Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht, idealerweise im Bereich Metall- und Elektroindustrie sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Gremien der Mitarbeitervertretung
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Talent für's Netzwerken
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit unterschiedliche Perspektiven im Blick zu haben
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Proaktiver und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil, engagiertes Herangehen an Herausforderungen
- Verbindliche Persönlichkeit, der Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein wichtig ist
