Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den rechtskonformen und effizienten Betrieb der Zentraldeponie Cröbern mit Sickerwasserbehandlung und Gasfassung, die Planung und Umsetzung der Rekultivierung, die Nachsorge und Stilllegung sowie für Energie und Infrastruktur am Standort, zusammen mit einem eingespielten Team von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden, darunter 6 Akademiker:innen
- Sie vertreten das Unternehmen nach Innen und Außen, insbesondere bei Behörden und Auftragnehmern nach VOB- und VOL, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, dem kaufmännischen Bereich und dem Vertrieb
- Sie verantworten ein Kostenbudget von ca. 9 Mio. EUR sowie Investitionen von etwa 4 Mio. Euro jährlich

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes adäquates Studium im Bereich und erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Deponie- bzw. Umwelttechnik
- Sie vermitteln Ihre guten methodischen Kenntnisse und Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise stetig an Ihr Team
- Sie verstehen persönliche Fort- und Weiterentwicklung für sich als Führungskraft und für Ihr Team von selbst
- Sie engagieren sich selbstverständlich für Verbesserungen im Klimaschutz und Nachhaltigkeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
