Die Verbindung steht - Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie leiten Projekte zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss und stellen sicher, dass diese pünktlich und innerhalb des Budgets sowie definierten Umfangs geliefert werden
- Sie führen interkulturelle und standort- sowie funktionsübergreifende Teams, u. a. aus der Entwicklung, Produktion, dem Finanzwesen und Vertrieb
- Sie nutzen versiert Projektmanagement-Tools und stellen die Projekte in regelmäßigen Projektreviews dem Management vor
- Sie treiben dank Ihres technischen Know-hows rund um Microsoft Power Apps und Power BI die Optimierung unserer Projektmanagement-Prozesse und -Werkzeuge entscheidend voran
- Sie erstellen mit geschultem Blick passgenaue Zeit- sowie Ressourcenpläne und sorgen durch umfassende Projektdokumentation jederzeit für Transparenz

- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen
- Sie sind bestens vertraut mit Projektmanagement-Methoden, idealerweise mit entsprechenden Zertifizierungen
- Sie gehen routiniert mit Software-Tools (z. B. MS Office, MS Project) um
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in Microsoft Power Apps sowie Power BI, die von Vorteil sind
- Sie beherrschen fließendes Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie bringen den optimalen Mix aus Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Führungspersönlichkeit mit, gepaart mit lösungsorientiertem Denken und der Freude am Netzwerken

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
