Werkzeugmechaniker:in für Stanz- und Umformtechnik (m/w/d)
Wir stellen gerollte Sonderscharniere sowie nach Kundenwunsch gefertigte Blechteile und Baugruppen aus Stahl, Edelstahl oder Aluminium her. Dazu benutzen wir Stanzwerkzeuge sowie verschiedenste Vorrichtungen für unseren Produktionsbetrieb, welche liebevoll gefertigt und instandgehalten werden möchten - und genau das ist deine Aufgabe als Werkzeugmechaniker:in bei Winkelsträter.
Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Wartung von Stanzwerkzeugen sowie Folgeverbundwerkzeugen
- Du stellst Ersatzteile für sämtliche im Betrieb verwendeten Werkzeuge her
- Du entwirfst und stellst Vorrichtungen für unsere Produktion her
- Du verwaltest vorhandene Stanzwerkzeuge und Betriebsmittel im Werkzeugbau
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Fehlersuche und -behebung bei Folgeverbundwerkzeugen durch
- Du programmierst und bedienst CNC-Dreiachsfräse und Drahterodiermaschine
- Du stehst im permanenten Austausch mit unserem Stanzerei-Team sowie unserer Fertigungsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker:in (Stanz- und Umformtechnik), Werkzeugmacher:in, Feinwerkmechaniker:in (Werkzeugbau) oder in vergleichbaren Berufen
- Du verfügst über fundiertes technisches Verständnis und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung
- Du bist zuverlässig, qualitätsorientiert und denkst kreativ sowie lösungsorientiert
- Du bist teamfähig und hast Spaß an Kommunikation

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
