Vertriebsleiter für internationale Partnerbetreuung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du managst parallel Beziehungen zu internationalen Partnern, Key Accounts und Endkund:innen, baust diese weiter aus und sicherst deren langfristige Zufriedenheit
- Du entwickelst und implementierst parallel innovative Vertriebsstrategien für verschiedene Märkte, immer mit dem Fokus, in allen Bereichen erfolgreich zu sein
- Du führst ein Team von 9 Personen, motivierst es zu Höchstleistungen und jonglierst dabei gekonnt zwischen strategischer Planung, operativer Umsetzung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Erreichen der Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsziele und behältst dabei stets den Überblick über mehrere parallele Projekte und Vertriebsaktionen
- Du erstellst gemeinsam mit einem technischen Vertriebsingenieur (m/w/d) maßgeschneiderte Angebote, die gleichzeitig unterschiedlichen Kundenanforderungen gerecht werden
- Du betreust deine Kund:innen parallel in verschiedenen Phasen des Verkaufsprozesses, von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Auftragseingang, und sicherst dabei eine hohe Zufriedenheit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst fundierte Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb mit und bist in der Lage, gleichzeitig dein Team und deine Kund:innen erfolgreich zu managen
- Du bist ein Meister des Multitaskings, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und kannst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren. Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten, um Daten und KPIs schnell zu interpretieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten – auch unter Zeitdruck
- Du liebst es, mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten und gehst strukturiert und zielorientiert an jede Aufgabe heran. Herausforderungen motivieren dich und du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit HubSpot CRM. Effizienz ist dein zweiter Vorname
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend darstellen, auch wenn du gerade an mehreren Fronten kommunizierst
- Du bist geschickt im Aufbau und der Pflege von Netzwerken und behältst den Überblick über zahlreiche Kontakte und Beziehungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
