Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Produktweiterentwicklung und -optimierung im Bereich des Archivs sowie unserer Input-Output-Management Cloud Platform
- Du triffst strategische Entscheidungen und stellst sicher, dass die Produktvision mit den Anforderungen und Zielen aller beteiligten Bereiche übereinstimmt
- Du hast die Hoheit über die Entwicklungsplanung, bestimmst und steuerst die Richtung und den Zeitplan für die Weiterentwicklung des Archivs und der Cloud Platform, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
- Du bist der Endpunkt für Feature Requests aus allen Bereichen, einschließlich Kund:innen, Mitarbeitenden und Partner:innen
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Entwicklung der Produktstrategie unter Berücksichtigung der Produktvision und übernimmst die Planung und Priorisierung von Features für unser Archiv
- Du definierst gemeinsam mit der Entwicklung User Stories, die deine Features Realität werden lassen und kommunizierst Neuigkeiten über standardisierte Kanäle an alle relevanten Stakeholder
- Du unterstützt unser Marketing bei der Positionierung des Produktes

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
