Was gibt es zu tun?
- Du übernimmst die Mitarbeit im Bereich Organisation und Steuerung mit Fokus auf Organisation und IT
- Du planst und entwickelst Organisationsstrukturen
- Du verantwortest das Projekt- und Produktmanagement sowie die Koordination von neuen Produktprozessen
- Du betreust Anwendungen und bietest intern First-Level-Support
- Du managst die Auslagerung an externe Dienstleister
- Du bist zuständig für die Digitalisierung der Prozesse
- Du entwickelst die Abbildung von Produkten, Geschäftsvorfällen und Workflows weiter und integrierst sie in unsere IT-Systeme
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren IT-Dienstleistern und den internen Fachbereichen

Was erwarten wir?
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in agree21 BAP, inklusive der Administrationsebene
- Du denkst workfloworientiert und analytisch
- Du hast eine positive Arbeitseinstellung, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, bist teamfähig, offen, belastbar, zuverlässig und lernbereit
- Du bist ausgebildeter Bankkaufmann/-frau, Finanzwirt/in oder hast ein abgeschlossenes BWL-Bank Studium
- Ideal, aber kein Muss: erste Berufserfahrungen als Projektmanager/in, Prozessmanager, Organisationmanager, IT-Manager oder Auslagerungsmanager

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
