Steuerung und Koordination von weiterführenden internen Supportmaßnahmen bis zur Lösungsfindung
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kund:innen (radiologische Praxen und Kliniken) im 1st-Level-Support für Softwarelösungen im radiologischen Bereich
- Du nimmst Supportanfragen zu Software- und Hardwareproblemen per Telefon und E-Mail von Ärzt:innen, medizinisch-technischen Assistent:innen und nicht-ärztlichem Klinik- & Praxis-Personal an, dokumentierst, bearbeitest initial und gibst diese weiter (1st Level Support).
- Du priorisierst, klassifizierst und dokumentierst die Anfragen im Ticketsystem
- Du leistest Hilfestellung, führst Fehleranalysen durch und behebst Probleme telefonisch, per E-Mail und per Fernwartung
- Du koordinierst weiterführende Maßnahmen mit anderen Supporteinheiten
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Tickets gemäß den Service-Level-Agreements

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise IT-orientiert (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in) oder medizintechnisch-orientiert (z.B. MTA)
- Du bringst eine große Technikaffinität mit und die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell und sicher in Soft- und Hardware-Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du hast eventuell bereits Support-Erfahrung aus einem vergleichbaren IT- bzw. medizinischen Umfeld
- Dir bereitet der Kontakt mit Kund:innen via Telefon viel Freude und Du arbeitest sehr gerne in einem Team
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, vergleichbar mit dem C1 Niveau
- Du hast noch keine Berufserfahrung? Fehlende Kenntnisse gleichst Du durch Deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Motivation aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
