- Betreuung und Beratung radiologischer Praxen und Kliniken zum Thema medizinisches Bildmanagement im Rahmen der Einführung eines der führenden Radiologieinformationssystem in Deutschland
- Durchführung des Projektes von der Anforderungsanalyse über Konfiguration, Implementierung bis zur Nachbetreuung
- Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, Fremdsystem-Herstellern und der Entwicklungsabteilung
- Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen im Rahmen des Anwendersupports für Schnittstellen
- Intensive Einarbeitung durch einen Paten
Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kund:innen (Kliniken, Praxen) im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- Du evaluierst Kunden- und Anwenderanforderungen und erarbeitest kundengerechte Lösungen zu den Applikationen und Schnittstellen
- Du implementierst Anwendungen zur Systemintegration und Kommunikation im Umfeld eines radiologischen Informationssystems
- Du realisierst selbstständig Kundenprojekte, wie z.B. Installation, Konfiguration, Test und Dokumentation
- Du konfigurierst und passt Schnittstellen zum Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) oder anderen Fremdsystemen per Fernwartung an
- Du kommunizierst mit Kund:innen, Fremdsystem-Herstellern und der Entwicklungsabteilung und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen im Rahmen des Anwendersupports für Schnittstellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine IT-orientierte oder medizintechnische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen (z.B. Fachinformatiker:in, MTRA,…)
- Du bringst eine große Technikaffinität mit und die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell und sicher in Soft- und Hardware-Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du hast idealerweise erste Support-Erfahrung aus einem vergleichbaren IT- bzw. medizinischen Umfeld
- Dir bereitet der Kundenkontakt via Telefon viel Freude und Du arbeitest sehr gerne in einem Team
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, vergleichbar mit dem C1 Niveau
- Du hast noch keine Berufserfahrung? – Fehlende Kenntnisse gleichst Du durch Deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Motivation aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
