Was erwartet dich?
- Du überwachst und analysierst Finanzkennzahlen, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Rentabilität des Unternehmens sicherzustellen
- Du erstellst Monatsabschlüsse, Forecasts, Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Abweichungsanalysen, prüfst die Erreichung finanzieller Ziele und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports und Präsentationen, die die wirtschaftliche Gesamtsituation sowie die Performance der Geschäftsbereiche transparent darstellen, und berichtest auf Managementebene
- Du identifizierst und realisierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt das Management
- Du steuerst die Liquidität und sorgst für die finanzielle Stabilität des Unternehmens
- Du unterstützt bei der Kalkulation und Überwachung von Beratungsprojekten, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ein
- Du unterstützt die Entwicklung unserer Steuerungsprozesse und -systeme zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Financial Controllings

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, vorzugsweise in einer mittelständischen Unternehmensberatung oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Unternehmensberatung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Finanzcontrolling, Kostenrechnung, strategischer Analyse und Risikomanagement
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängigen Controlling-Systemen wie DATEV
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlenaffinität und die Fähigkeit aus, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert. Du bist kommunikationsstark, flexibel und ein echter Teamplayer:in, der gerne Verantwortung übernimmt
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
