Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Umsatzplanung im Rahmen übergeordneter Unternehmensziele und das Erreichen von Umsatz- und Ertragszielen sowie die Budgetplanung und -einhaltung im Verantwortungsbereich
- Sie betreuen Bestandskund:innen und akquirieren selbständig neue Kund:innen
- Sie erstellen Angebote und verfolgen diese nach
- Sie beobachten den Markt und den Wettbewerb und besuchen Fachmessen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Entwicklungsingenieur:innen und Produktspezialist:innen unserer beteiligten Arbeitsbereiche zusammen
- Sie definieren und erläutern unsere Produktlösungen im Bereich Antriebstechnik

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine Ausbildung als Techniker:in
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrungen im technischen Vertrieb oder im Vertriebssupport von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten und erste Erfahrungen in der Antriebstechnik (Getriebe, Motoren, Bremsen)
- Sie verfügen über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Kund:innenorientierung und Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den üblichen Kommunikationsmitteln (Teams, MS-Office und CRM)
- Sie haben Kommunikationsstärke, ein überzeugendes Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
