Die Position umfasst die Koordination und Überwachung komplexer Bauprojekte, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Fachplanern und Subunternehmern, um Baukosten, Termine und Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen. Zudem ist die Rolle für die kaufmännische Unterstützung und Leistungscontrolling verantwortlich, führt Baukoordinationsbesprechungen und unterstützt bei der Vergabe von Aufträgen. Weiterhin beinhaltet die Tätigkeit die Risikoanalyse, Prozessoptimierung und fachliche Beratung der Bauherr:innen im Rahmen der HOAI-Leistungsphasen.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren, steuern und überwachen bauausführende Firmen komplexer Neu- und Umbauprojekte im Rahmen der Bauherrenvertretung
- Sie organisieren, planen, koordinieren und kontrollieren Bauprojekte, einschließlich der Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen und Subunternehmer:innen
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Baukosten, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards während des gesamten Projektverlaufs sicher
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Projektunterstützung, wie Rechnungsprüfung und Leistungscontrolling in der Projektabwicklung
- Sie führen Baukoordinationsbesprechungen und beraten Bauherr:innen fachlich bei der Entwicklung und Projektrealisierung in Anlehnung an das Leistungsspektrum der HOAI (LPH 8)
- Sie wirken bei der Vergabe hinsichtlich LV-Prüfung, konstruktivem und kostentechnischem Vergleich der Ausschreibungsergebnisse unter Einhaltung des Bauablaufes mit und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Bauprozessen
- Sie analysieren und managen Risiken im Bauprozess und erkennen Risiken und Chancen in der Ausführung des Bauvorhabens

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor-/ Masterabschluss) im Ingenieurwesen, in Architektur oder in vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Sie sind alternativ ein:e bauspezifische:r Techniker:in mit Fachbauüberwachung oder haben vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Erfahrung in der Bauprojektsteuerung, sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit HOAI, VOB und AHO
- Sie wenden die technischen Grundlagen und Schnittstellen aller Gewerke sicher an und sind kommunikationsstark, besonders im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (z. B. öffentliche Auftraggeber, Planungsbüros, Subunternehmer:innen)
- Sie sind flexibel und bereit zu projektbezogener Reisetätigkeit und haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Project oder vergleichbaren Tools für Projektmanagement
- Sie verfügen über fließende Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
