Kaufmännischer Angestellter in der Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
In dieser vielseitigen Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sachkonten-, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie die Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen und Zahlungseingängen. Sie bereiten Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB vor, erstellen die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und unterstützen das Mahnwesen. Zudem begleiten Sie Abschlussprüfungen durch externe Wirtschaftsprüfer und erstellen Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen die Sachkonten-, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Sie buchen Eingangsrechnungen (inkl. Zahlungsverkehr) und Zahlungseingänge
- Sie bereiten Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB vor und erstellen diese
- Sie bereiten die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung vor
- Sie führen das Mahnwesen durch und pflegen offene Posten
- Sie übernehmen allgemeine Buchhaltungsaufgaben und begleiten die Abschlussprüfung durch externe Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Sie erstellen Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine fundierte abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Bilanzierung/Steuern
- Sie haben gegebenenfalls eine Weiterbildung zur/zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Sie haben ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Zahlen
- Sie haben gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (B2) und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Microsoft Dynamics NAV-Kenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie der gängigen Warenwirtschaftssysteme
- Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
- Sie besitzen analytisches Denkvermögen und ein überzeugendes Auftreten mit sehr guten Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
