Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Forecasts und Reportings in Abstimmung mit Vertrieb und Produktverantwortlichen
- Du setzt eigenverantwortlich Datenanalysen um und bereitest die Ergebnisse entsprechend auf
- Du erstellst Benchmarking der Produktionskosten
- Du führst regelmäßige Meetings mit Businesspartner:innen zur Bewertung der Produktionsauslastung durch und stimmst Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen ab
- Du überwachst ganzheitlich die strategische Planung von Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Du verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten und ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Du hast ein Verständnis von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP und MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Du beherrschst sichere Präsentationstechniken und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast eine hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, eine gute Auffassungsgabe und Kommunikationsstärke und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellenbereichen/Businesspartner:innen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
