Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen das Projektmanagement und die Objektüberwachung für anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte öffentlicher und privater Bauherren gemäß dem Leistungsbild „Projektsteuerung/Projektmanagement“ der AHO-Fachkommission, inklusive Trouble-Shooting und Objektüberwachung gem. HOAI
- Sie beraten und begleiten den Bauherrn
- Sie koordinieren, führen und begleiten die verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten, übernehmen die örtliche Objektüberwachung und Dokumentation
- Sie steuern und kontrollieren Qualitäten, Kosten und Termine im gesamten Projektverlauf von der Bedarfsplanung bzw. Grundlagenermittlung bis zur Inbetriebnahme

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich des Bauingenieurwesens/Baumanagements oder der Architektur bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen vertiefte Kenntnisse und optimalerweise Berufserfahrung im Bauprojektmanagement in Anlehnung an das Leistungsbild „Projektsteuerung/Projektmanagement“ der AHO-Fachkommission sowie der LPH 8 HOAI mit
- Sie verfügen über 1 bis 2 Jahre Erfahrungen in der Abwicklung komplexer Bauprojekte im Hochbau und/oder TGA und richten Ihren Blick auf das Gesamtprojekt und das Zusammenspiel der unterschiedlichen Fachdisziplinen und Beteiligten
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im aktuellen Vergabe-, Bau und Planungsrecht (HOAI, AHO, VOB, GWB, VgV, UVgO)
- Sie besitzen gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, MS Project, Projektmanagementsoftware wie z.B. Kosten- und Terminverfolgungssoftware)
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C-Level) und gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch, sowie idealerweise Französisch (B-Level)
