Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust umfassend das gesamte operative Personalmanagement
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Fach- und Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du unterstützt bei personaladministrativen Aufgaben, beim On- und Offboarding, bei der Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: Von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vertragserstellung
- Du betreust und pflegst unser Zeiterfassungssystem (Personio)
- Du wirkst im Employer Branding mit und stärkst aktiv unsere Arbeitgebermarke
- Du arbeitest an Sonderprojekten mit und unterstützt bei der Personalkostenplanung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Personalmanagement, idealerweise aus einem mittelständischen Umfeld, mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine Hands-on-Mentalität, Pragmatismus und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
