SAP HCM Berater für Personalprozesse (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du digitalisierst Personalprozesse auf Basis von SAP FIORI und dem SAP ADDON Process to Design
- Du passt Services an, wartest und entwickelst sie neu auf Basis der Programmiersprache ABAP/ABAP OO
- Du unterstützt eigenständig Projekte und arbeitest mit bei der Einführung neuer Lösungen im SAP HCM-Bereich, insbesondere zur Digitalisierung von Personalakten und -prozessen
- Du bearbeitest selbstständig Aufgaben in unserem angebundenen Ticketing-System (Solution Manager)
- Du entwickelst mobile Applikationen auf Basis der Fiori-Technologie
- Du bereitest Aufträge für externe Dienstleister auf und koordinierst sie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen im SAP HCM-Umfeld
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist versiert in ABAP/ABAP OO, Webdynpro ABAP und Workflows und hast Kenntnisse in den SAP ADDONs Employee File und Process to Design der Easy AG, OData-Services, Fiori, SAP HANA und EML
- Du verfügst über analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie kaufmännisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und zeigst Eigeninitiative

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
