Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Bedienung, Wartung und Reparatur unserer modernen Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik
- Du setzt während der Auftragsrealisierung die Aufgaben zur Qualitätssicherung gemäß Vorgaben um
- Du übernimmst das auftragsbezogene Einrichten und Einstellen der Maschinen sowie die Qualitätskontrolle und Fertigungsfreigabe gemäß Vorgabedokumentation
- Du beseitigst Fertigungsstörungen und erkennst selbständig technische Mängel an Maschinen, Anlagen sowie Hilfseinrichtungen und beseitigst diese
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Einführung neuer Verfahren und Erzeugnisse sowie der ständigen Verfahrensoptimierung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im mechanischen Bereich, wie Industrie-, KFZ-, Anlagen-, oder Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d)
- Du besitzt ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und bringst erweiterte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung mit
- Du bist entweder Berufseinsteiger:in nach der Ausbildung oder Expert:in auf Deinem Gebiet, wir arbeiten Dich entsprechend Deiner Qualifikation ein und investieren in Deine Weiterbildung
- Du wirst mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln arbeiten, daher sind PC-Kenntnisse und Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse notwendig
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative aus, hast ein analytisches Denkvermögen und eine systematische Arbeitsweise. Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit, arbeitest gerne im Team, empfindest neue Aufgaben als herausfordernd, stehst diesen offen gegenüber und bist lernbereit.
