Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und aktualisieren die chemisch-pharmazeutische Dokumentation (Modul 3) für Einreichungen, Variations und Renewals
- Sie verwalten und pflegen Zulassungsdossiers (Modul 3) und koordinieren sowie verantworten alle CMC-Aktivitäten (Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls) während des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Arzneimitteln
- Sie führen Change Control und Post-approval / Maintenance durch und bearbeiten Mängelrügen zum Thema CMC
- Sie bereiten Modul 3 aus Dossiers für Altprodukte auf und führen Gap-Analysen in Zusammenarbeit mit Regulatory Affairs, Produktion und Qualitätskontrolle durch
- Sie prüfen auf Übereinstimmung von Zulassungsunterlagen und Herstellungs-/Prüfunterlagen (Regulatory Compliance) und aktualisieren die Zulassungsdokumentation entsprechend
- Sie halten die geltenden rechtlichen Anforderungen und Erwartungen ein und implementieren neue gesetzliche Anforderungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der chemischen bzw. pharmazeutischen Industrie im Bereich Herstellung bzw. Qualitätskontrolle
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von CTD Modul 3 und fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen für Arzneimittel sowie der GMP-Regularien
- Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie besitzen gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
